Refund Policy: Cadre Group Events

 

1. No Refund Policy:

Cadre Outdoor Ltd T/A Cadre Group operates under a strict "no refund" policy. Once a participant has made a payment for a training programme or event / package, no refunds will be issued, regardless of the circumstances.

2. Desposits:

Deposits of amounting to 25% of the total cost of the product will be accepted to secure your place on our events. This desposit is non-refundable, under any circumstances.

3. Remaining payment:

If a 25% deposit has been made to secure your place, the remaining balance must be settled in full no later than 6 weeks or 42 days prior to the start date of the event. 

 

4. Cancellation and Withdrawal:

Events are non-refundable. No refunds will be provided to participants who voluntarily withdraw from the Event. If cancellation is required due to extenuating circumstances occurring prior to the event, Cadre Group may try and offer an event in the future as a suitable alternative. This is not guaranteed, however. Your payment is used to cover event fees such as accommodation, instructor fees, equipment costs etc.

Date changes are granted at the sole discretion of Cadre Group. please refer to our “Date Change Policy” for more information.

 

5. Cancellation by Cadre Group:

In the rare event that Cadre Group cancels an event, participants will receive a full refund of all fees paid.

 

6. Exceptions:
Our "refund" policy applies to all events and services. There are no exceptions to this policy.

 

7. Changes to Refund Policy:

Cadre Group have the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and the updated policy will apply to all new participants.

Date Change Policy: Cadre Group Events

1. Date Change Request:
Participants may request a change to the date of their event by submitting a written request to info@cadre-group.com

 

All date change requests are subject to approval by Cadre Group.

2. Eligibility for Date Change:
Date change requests must be made within 42 days prior to the original event start date.
Any date changes made within 42 days of the event will be refused and no refund will be issued with no exceptions.


Date change requests are subject to availability and can only be accommodated if there are open spots in the desired event with time and availability to backfill your place. Date changes are not guaranteed and will be granted at the sole discretion of Cadre Group.

 

3. Date Change Procedure:
To request a date change, participants must submit a written request that includes their name, contact information, the original event start date, and the preferred new event start date. Cadre Group will review the request and notify the participant in writing of the decision within 5 business days of receiving the request.

 

4. Additional Fees:
A date change may be subject to an additional fee, which will be communicated to the participant at the time of the request approval. Any additional fees for the date change must be paid in full before the new event date is confirmed.

5. Limitations:
Date changes are not allowed within 42 days of the original event start date.

 

6. Cancellation After Date Change:
If a participant requests a date change and subsequently cancels their event registration or is unable to attend regardless of the circumstances, our "No Refund Policy" (as specified in our refund policy) applies. No refunds will be issued.

Refund Policy: Cadre Group Apparel

 

1. No Refund Policy:

Cadre Group operates under a strict "no refund" policy for clothing purchases. Once a clothing item is purchased, no refunds will be issued, regardless of the circumstances.

 

2. Exchanges:

In lieu of refunds, we offer exchanges for clothing items of equal or greater value.

 

3. Eligibility for Exchanges:

To be eligible for an exchange, the clothing item must be in new, unworn, and saleable condition. Tags and labels, where applicable, must be intact.

 

4. Timeframe for Exchanges:

Exchange requests must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase.

 

5. Exceptions:

Our "no refund" policy applies to all clothing purchases. There are no exceptions to this policy.
